Bring what you'd wear on an important day
Bring two or three options. Before the session starts, you'll see which one works best on camera. Bring the watch, the jewelry, or the jacket you're considering. We can quickly see what it looks like on camera. If you wear glasses, bring them. You can be photographed with them, without them, or both.
Guided from start to finish
You're guided the whole time. Posture, chin angle, expression, energy. These are small adjustments that people don’t capture in selfies, but they the look during a professional session. The first few minutes are for settling in. The next few minutes are where we start the real work. By the middle of the session, most have found their footing and the expressions that work..
Nervous is normal. With direction throughout, you never have to figure out what to do next.
You see the images as you go
You can see the images during the session during regular reviews. Seeing the images helps make the small adjustments that make the difference. Anything that needs adjusting gets adjusted before moving on.

Retouched to one standard: you, on your best skin day, at your current age. Temporary blemishes, stray hairs, uneven skin tone, shine. The photo still looks like you, and that's what makes people want to work with you.
Your images are delivered within a week as high-resolution files, prepared for the places you'll use them. Need a square crop for LinkedIn or a specific size for a speaker bureau? Ask. If you'd like a small adjustment after delivery, reach out within the first week. More extensive retouching is available for an additional fee.
Your images are licensed for personal and professional use: LinkedIn, company bios, speaker profiles, media kits, and press. Advertising or other commercial use can be arranged before your session.

Every person is photographed with the same lighting and framing, so your team page looks like one company. Sessions are scoped to team size and how the images will be used.
